These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k666gam ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at k666gam.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and gaming platforms operated under the k666gam brand.

By accessing or using any part of the k666gam platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or accessing any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access k666gam on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and both you and that person shall be jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising under it.

This Agreement is effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. k666gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the k666gam platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k666gam strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any stage of your relationship with us.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of k666gam, nor a close associate or immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from k666gam or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that would cover use of k666gam.

k666gam reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the k666gam platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. k666gam is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information you provide. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify k666gam immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. k666gam will never request your password by email, telephone, or live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

k666gam operates a Know Your Customer programme as required under its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your k666gam account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Cash balances remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus liabilities will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

k666gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. k666gam reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your k666gam account balance subject to successful confirmation from the payment provider. Most deposits are credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. k666gam is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network outages outside our control. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance checks before funds are released. k666gam will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the payments page. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund your account, or to an account in your own verified name. k666gam reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds.

4.4 Currency & Fees

k666gam does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made in PKR through supported Pakistani payment channels. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside k666gam's control and are your responsibility. Any transaction involving currency conversion will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. k666gam reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by k666gam are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. k666gam reserves the right to exclude players from promotional offers at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse & Exploitation: Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using structured wagering patterns solely to fulfil rollover requirements, colluding with other players to generate qualifying wagers, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. k666gam reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is identified.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

All sports betting and other wagering activity on k666gam is governed by these general betting rules and by any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. Where a conflict exists, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number from k666gam. It is your responsibility to verify that all bets are placed correctly, including the selection, stake, and odds. k666gam will not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. k666gam reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided at k666gam's discretion.

6.3 PSL & Cricket Specific Rules

Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket betting markets are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on the k666gam Cricket page. In-play cricket betting is subject to ball-by-ball updates and the acceptance of in-play wagers is at k666gam's discretion. Bets on rain-affected matches, abandoned matches, or matches with reduced overs will be settled in accordance with the published cricket rules.

6.4 Voided Bets

k666gam reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that was already concluded; the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; or there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt conduct affecting the outcome.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

k666gam applies maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits as published on the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit. Players are advised to check applicable limits before placing high-value wagers.

All casino games available on k666gam — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win games — are provided by third-party game studios whose products are independently certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories for Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy.

k666gam does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have access to or control over the RNG systems operated by independent game providers. Interruptions to game play caused by connectivity issues, power outages, or device failures on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of any wager already committed to a game round. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k666gam platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one k666gam account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players, including sharing account access for the purpose of coordinated wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain. Players who identify such errors must notify k666gam immediately and must not continue wagering at erroneous prices.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or matched-betting strategies in a manner that abuses the k666gam bonus programme.
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k666gam staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

k666gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where k666gam has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Where a player's account is subject to an ongoing investigation or regulatory inquiry.
• Where k666gam is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Where a player's conduct poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to k666gam.
• Where a player's KYC documents cannot be satisfactorily verified within the required timeframe.

In the event of account closure resulting from a player breach, k666gam reserves the right to withhold any balance outstanding in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud, collusion, or criminal conduct is established, the entire account balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by k666gam for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any cash balance (net of any bonus liabilities) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

k666gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount you fund your account with over a given period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k666gam platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the k666gam platform without prior written consent from k666gam.

Any unauthorised use of k666gam intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666gam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Gambling losses resulting from your own wagering decisions.
• Errors or omissions in game results caused by third-party game provider systems.

k666gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit k666gam's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

k666gam collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at k666gam.net/privacy-policy. By creating a k666gam account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k666gam implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and data minimisation practices to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet is unconditionally secure and k666gam cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

k666gam will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the lawful operation of the platform.

k666gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, k666gam will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the k666gam platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any eligible cash balance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k666gam holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first raise the matter with the k666gam customer support team by contacting [email protected]. k666gam will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate it to the dispute resolution service available under k666gam's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
